This past weekend Kyle and I went to Quebec City for the first time for a little getaway. What an amazing city I have to say! It’s so cute and reminded me a lot of Europe. We stayed in this gorgeous apartment from Corporate Stays, which was such a great experience. The apartment was really modern and in a great location because we could walk everywhere we wanted to go, and I absolutely loved the décor. We took some of these pictures up on the rooftop patio at the apartment, which had such an amazing view overlooking the city! We stayed in a one-bedroom, and there was even a washer and dryer in the unit, which would definitely be a huge bonus for longer stays. Usually when we go away we’re in hotels, but having a whole apartment to ourselves was such a great alternative. Each morning we made breakfast in the kitchen and hung out until we were ready to go out for the day. On the Saturday it snowed pretty heavy for a few hours so I just relaxed in the living room watching it from the windows while Kyle napped for a bit in the bedroom. Each night before dinner we’d hang out at the kitchen table and have a few drinks while playing 5 Krowns (such a fun card game) – and obviously I won every time…

Weekend trips are always so much fun, but they seem to go by wayyyyyyy too fast! I will post more photos from our trip this week 🙂
